Interstate Investigations, How does this work?
It's very interesting to me that each state has it's own Licensing laws.
Consider the fact that any particular investigation could
conceivably direct an investigator into an interstate situation and into another state with different licensing requirements.
If the investigator is then stopped by local law enforcement, and asked to show credentials, would this put the out of state investigator in risk of violation of local licensing requirements?
I am just wondering how this would work.
