    Joseph,

As a private investigator, you will probably find yourself dealing with the legal "mumbo jumbo" on a daily basis. No offense, but it is best to learn for yourself. When I was younger and saw a new word that I didn't comprehend I was told to pick up a dictionary.
Well, my friend, here ya go.....

    Joseph,

I carry a law dictionary with me all the time. So you might want to take Darin's advice there.

    Good luck.

Post To: Darin in appreciation of your help.

I would like to begin by saying something like this. I really can
understand when you said that the best thing is to learn
on your own or by your self. I do agree to that, but also one
thing you must comprehend, that in the long process of life
you are going to need some body to help you in certain things.

Many of us deeply believe in self education; if not all, but self
education take longer to understand many concepts of the law,
that according to my understanding are also difficult even
for a lawyer with out having some one to explain it. Every body
can not be a genius, that why I thank you for sharing.

    Sincerely, Temistocles Tatis

Thank you Darin and Admin for these valuable links and tips. I'm still in the processing stage so much of the information I've reviewed recently doesn't apply to me ...yet. It's great to be able to learn about topics in advance and cut/paste that information in folders for future use. Thanks to information such as this, when my time comes, I'll be ready.

    Thank you.

Penny, I had to edit out your all caps. Please, do not use all caps on the forum, it is thought of as shouting, and is hard to read. It adds work to the moderators, also. Thank you very much. Good luck in all you do.

Have a wonderful week. Take care.

Blacks is online and you can load it on your computer. That said, the thing most to remember is that all that "Mumbo J" was written by someone with the same brain you have. If you are stumped by a passage or words, read it again slowly to comprehend it, maybe even twice. Look at the words around it and see how they are used with your word or passage. I will bet that if you try that you will be successful in reading any "mumbo or Legal" sections. It will work if you just look and listen .

Good tip, Ted, on the reading of legalize.

As for the online edition, it is "okay". But I chose to purchase the hardback edition through IPIU so that I have it in my home library with all of my other books. The smart-phones, internet, and computers are okay, but there is nothing like making issues a study with good hardbacks that can more easily access the information.
