    General Licensing Exemptions Information

Hi everyone. My name is Chris. I have come across some interesting information that all states have. It is called an excemptions list. You can find this at the bottom of most state laws. It give you a list of all the things you can do with out a license. Check it out. Texas has a ton of them! Any other states that you know of post a reply so we can all maximize our abilities.

    Thanks, Chris

    Chris,

If you have direct links to the state exemptions, please paste the links in this topic.

Typically, all of the exemptions are listed in our own state licensing topics near the top. But that is a copy and paste of the portion of the statutes, and not usually just from a direct link with only the exemptions.

Sir, are you stating there are general exemptions given to PI's within all states, or are you stating there exist specific exemptions to PI's within any given state?
The reason is for you to post these here, you would have to create threads within this thread...this is not possible!
Maybe we can work together at posting these within each state thread.
Do let me know how I can further assist you in this.
    Thanks.

Hello all...I was just pointing out that when reading a state law, to be sure to look for exemptions. Even if you do not have a PI license in a state, there are still things you can do.

    Thanks,
    Chris
