Thanks Johnny - this is something I've been praying for - for quite a long time. George W promised John Walsh that he would sign this, at the latest on the "anniversary" of Adam's abduction. He kept his word. God Bless. Too bad it took so long - at least it's a done deal now. All those little children looking down on us all - smiling - maybe some peace for them and their parents and families - at long last!
