Been searching like crazy here and other places can't seem to find much on Wyoming and its requirments....

All I have found is that in Wyo. it is governed by local jurisdiction.. that sounds way to easy.... and a bit scary.. "good ole boy laws".. oh man :-o

Unless my competency level is too low for proper use of the search and advanced search function, I believe there is no thorough info here concerning concering Wyoming licensing, other than "regulated by local jurisdictions".
