I have my Indiana PI License and currently am looking to apply for my Illinois License. I was just wondering if anyone has tooken there Illinois test and how difficult was it. What study materials would I need to be able to pass the test?

Im guessing no one has a PI License from Illinois.
Our agency employs several licensed PI's in Illinois who are union members. You're just asking a personal question in the wrong area.
You would be better to ask this questions in the union members only section of the website, where most can answer outside of the public areas.
to answer your question you need a Permenent Employment Registration Card (PERC)
to begin remember indiana is a different state then if you go to the web site of
the department of financial regulations go to private detective and it explaines how to
go about it.and there also a class i heared about to prepare you for it..not sure butt i heared it wasnt hard at all...good luck
I would appreciate any information on the preparation courses for the Illinois P.I. exam. Thank you!
Sandra, Iam in the rockford, illinois area. Get back with me when you have a chance. Thanks Mike
