    Oregon: No badge permitted by "Licensed" Private Investigators.

    No badge shall be used in "conjunction" with a private investigators license.

    Other investigators may wish to read the state licensing exemptions in the Licensing Forum for Private Investigators.

    that is interesting is that a law or a pratice in Oregon and is it the same way in Arizona?

    It is only a law for regulated "licensed" private investigators, and not a law for unregulated private investigators in the state.
