    Question Licensing Laws: PA

Okay. I guess I'll be the one to ask. Is there any licensing required for Process Servers?

Actually I might have the answer to that already but I wanted to get some input.

I know the local Sherriffs dept. does all of the process serving in the county that I live in. So I'm guessing that you would have to at least be a deputy to do process serving????

Yes I seen that after I looked at everything else. Thanks. I'll do that this afternoon.
