    Question

    May 19, 2001

Everytime I try calling the IPIU telehone number to get a hold of anybody, I always get a busy signal.

How do I go about actually finding out if they got something yet, and when anything may be coming my way?

    Wink Email Them.

To be honest with you...it took roughly a full month after sending back the paperwork and criminal warrants check before I received my Photo ID and so on. I had emailed them about a week earlier and they responed to it pretty fast. I find that the quickest way to get a respone rather than calling and getting the busy signal. Believe me, they havn't forgoten you. It's probably on its way to you. Good luck.

    Unhappy

I am sorry that (in the past) people had trouble getting through by phone. I have had no trouble. I also use email, Agent Relations has been outstanding.

I have been in this fix for three months now running. Done a lot of things to go forward, all in vain.

    Peter,

If you check the message just prior to yours, you will see that there is hope. You have not been duped. I have been in here for more than 15 years and I still find everything to be great.

Peter, please return to your home base personal topic and look for Post #6. Or, go directly to the following link:

    http://www.ipiu.org/forums/showthrea...989#post556989

In the above link you will see that your benefits and instructions for your PI Union License and Training Manual have been posted.

In all fairness, there may have been a glitch in our online software at the time it was posted to you on June 12th. If so, then you should be able to see it by now.

Also, I think you were given the online access to the training manual and exam.
