If you have already called us at 406-534-0251 and cannot understand our telephone instructions to use your password and navigate our web site, or if you do not understand how to you your Internet Browser Favorites or Bookmarks, then the following OPTIONS are available for you:

1) OPTION 1: If you need help navigating the internet with your personal computer, then you need to have a friend or a neighbor (who is moderately skilled on the internet) call us when they are sitting next to your computer, so we can walk them through getting you logged in. Once we instruct them on the phone using your computer, then they can teach you how to log in after the phone call ends.

2) OPTION 2: Call your local library and ask if there is a library employee who can help you navigate the internet. Go to the library and ask the librarian (who is moderately skilled on the internet) call us using your cell phone when they are sitting next to the library computer, so we can walk them through getting you logged in. Once we instruct them on the phone using the library computer, then they can teach you how to log in after the phone call ends.

3) OPTION 3: Call any of the local "cyber-cafes" where they rent computer internet access by the hour, and ask them if there is someone there who can guide you. Have them call us on your cell phone for instructions.
