As a private investigators, are we allow to carry a license gun?
- Answer 1:
95% of all private investigators have no need to carry a gun or a concealed weapon because their job is mostly undercover covert work, which leads to mostly non-confrontational cases (such as a "civilian spy'). The remaining 5% of private investigators, especially those specializing in bodyguard and executive protection, carry concealed weapons. Aside from the permit question, more importantly is the training and certification question, as well as martial arts.
