Details of Abduction:



Siler City Police issued an Amber Alert for an 8-year-old Hispanic boy early Wednesday. Jose Angel Fitzpatrick was last seen at his house, 516 N. Second Ave. in Siler City.



Police said Kenneth Fitzpatrick might have taken off with his son because of a court order requiring him to give up custody of the boy pending the outcome of the investigation of child abuse claims.



Kenneth Fitzpatrick, 39, who also goes by the name Sanford Kenneth Chappell, is Hispanic. He is 5 feet, 11 inches tall, 200 pounds with medium length brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information regarding this abduction is urged to call the Siler City Police Department immediately at 919-742-5626, or call 911 or *HP.
