Greetings Technical Support, how are you all doing today? I hope everyone is doing fine.

I was wondering why all my emails say the same thing in the Quotes above, except the part before the quotes which says from the right member and forum? can you help?

Thanks for your time and patients.

    Have a great day.

    Jerome,

How are you doing? The email you receive is because you are subscribed to that specific thread, to notify you of replies.

To turn this off, on the top left part of the forums, click "User CP" once this page opens, you will view some subscribed threads. On the bottom right side of this page, you will see it say "view all subscribed threads" click this. On the next page that opens, every thread in-which you are subscribed too, will be listed, with a check box in the far right corner of each. If you no-longer wish to receive email notifications of post being made in that thread, select that check box. Then in the bottom right corner of that you will see a drop down menu, select "delete subscription" from the drop down box then select "go" and you will no-longer receive email notifications.

    Hope this helps,
    Jack

Greetings Jack, thanks for the response, but, the problem I'm talking about migh just be a new feature added to the forum software that I'm not aware of as oppose to just making a selection in the user CP.

O.k, before when i recieved an Email notification from a thread I subscribed to it would send a copy of the actual reply posted here on the forum to my Email box.

This part of the email would be the actual email written by the member and would not ask me to click anywhere to view the Email. let me know if you need more clearification of what i'm trying to say.

    Have a great day.
