Arrow IN THE MILITARY? New Program Announced (Also Monthly Payment Plan)

If you are stationed overseas in the military and wish to prepare now for becoming a qualified Private Investigator, IPIU has announced the following new military program:

    COPY OF ANNOUNCEMENT:

    TO: ALL ENLISTED MILITARY PERSONNEL:

SUBJECT #1: Online Private Investigator Qualification Program

SUBJECT #2: New Monthly Payment Option ($20/month)

    MESSAGE:

You may wish to start now while you are in the military.

You can take the IPIU online private investigators certification while in the military which only requires a military mailing address and a public internet connection, which most military bases offer for free.

A new monthly payment option is now available for only $20/month.

Once you return to the USA, then you will be ready to start as a qualified private investigator through the International Private Investigators Union (IPIU). We have prepared many private investigators that are hired by firms and agencies worldwide.

    OPTION 1:
You can call your Military Union Plan Representative at 800-548-1526 to choose the monthly payment plan.

    OPTION 2:
Here is the instructions link to start by requesting your Private Investigator Photo Credentials:

    http://www.ipiu.org/forums/showthread.php?t=25987

You will need a free passcode for higher access to our site:

CLICK HERE for User Name and Password Application:
    http://www.ipiu.org/forums/register.php?action=signup

You should have a free Yahoo email (see note below).

As soon as you are in the IPIU process, we will notify all agencies and firms that you are in preparation for qualifying for their assignments.

    NOTE 1:
Although you may have a military email address, it would be best to use a free email address at www.yahoo.com . Once you leave the military, you may be losing your military email address. But a free yahoo email box is good for life.

    NOTE 2:
If choosing a yahoo email box, consider naming it as your first and last name with the year you requested it.

    An example would be johnsmith2005@yahoo.com

    Or, john-smith2005@yahoo.com

    Or, john_smith2005@yahoo.com

Or if the year is taken, try 2006.

When agencies receive investigator emails, the name of the agent would be part of the incoming email, instead of nick name emails such as pi-joe@yahoo.com

Question A Question If You Please.....

    Cynthia,
Though it has been many years since, Does my Prior Military time give me any benefit or credit toward getting my P.I License or at best is there a program thru IPIU that would credit that time served. I was USAR '80-'86, 2 Years active, 4 years Reserve with an Honorable Discharge.

Thank You for your time and consideration regarding this Cynthia, I really do appreciate it.

Please review the NEW YORK Licensing Laws topic in the Licensing Laws Forum. Look for the item that gives credit for Military Police.

This topic, however, has to do with the academic training manual and forum access available to soldiers on active duty who wish to prepare for when they are deactivated.

    Thank you for your support.

Hello, I have a question. Can someone explain a little better about the millitary program. I am in the military and stationed in Hawaii. I was also wondering what the easiest way to get started is.
    Thank you

Hi, Cynthia. I left Iraq the day after you posted this, and didn't even see it until now.

I'm still on active duty orders for the next six months to train soldiers to go to Iraq, however, it's a CONUS assignment. Am I no longer qualified for this incentive program?

    Thanks,

Yes, the military program is for active duty stationed away from their homes, where they may have limited mail, limited Internet access.

Other active duty that are based with normal mail and Internet can easily complete the private investigator credentialing for their ID (See #1 above), and then proceed with academics and on the job paid training in their local area.

    Thanks for asking,

    Robert

Based on what you posted, yes you are qualified to enter this program. You could complete this in as little as 4-8 weeks.

    All my best,

    Robert

    Veteran Awareness-PI Opportunities

As a Veteran of the US Navy, I am glad to see that you look after those personel on active duty are aware that opportunities do exist for them outside of service. I just wish that such an opportunity was around when I left Military Service.
