I know the owners of some of these agencies and I can attest to their professionalism and skill. Make sure you give them a call or email. You won't regret it.
I am so glad to hear that we are getting more agencies that are joining.

I think that it is very impressive that many of the private investigative agencies joined IPIU. Miss Reagan, I was wondering if you could name a few of the agencies in my
area whom I will be working with? I live in the Memphis
and Shelby County Tennessee area.
The agencies listed in this topic are those who perform investigations nationwide, including your area.Originally Posted by Jonathan Irvin
Still, look forward to the new IPIU local union meetings in Memphis and other large cities! We will advise everyone via email first.
All my best,

Thanks to the new agencies for providing more opportunities for the folks of IPIU. I can't wait to reach Level 4!!!
Thank you Robert Donovan, I appreciate the info.
Thanks to the agencies and to IPIU for providing us with more great opportunities! Your the best!
welcome aboard to all, first & foremost, i however recieved an email bashing IPIU, which surprised me, I am sorry that someone felt unhappy with the results they did or did not recieve.
I have been doing PI work now for almost 2 years and have only 200 days left on my internship here in FL.
If a person wishes results on learning to be a PI they need to take steps to do that. This is not something that will fall into your lap. like anything else in life you must put forth the efforts as well, to move forward and upward.
IPIU has been a beginning stepping stone for most all here. Their manual is more indepth than any I have seen.
As for training, one must make a resume and apply to agencies either through IPIU at the agencies listed or post your resume at Monster.com, Hotjobs.com, or Careerbuilder.com. There is also USAjobs.com, Military.com, and scores of other sites. You can also make up resume packets and address them to each agency in your area. If you don"t get your resume out there then how does one expect to get a job. It takes a little work on each persons part to make things happen.
There is a saying on a poster that I found is easy to live by:
You can sit back and watch things happen, or you can step up, step out and MAKE things happen.
I am one who likes to MAKE things happen. I believe in myself enough to step up & out to make it happen for my dream career and future.
IPIU can be most helpful in that area in providing the first stone in that path.
ok enough for my soapbox speech... I wish all of you a safe & blessed day & life...
