The virus is 4 files:
The main one is shootpresidentBUSH.exe. It spawns 3 different files; choke.exe, dalist.txt, and about.txt.
You do not have to run shootpresidentBUSH.exe for the virus to start, you just have to have it on your computer.
Here's how I got rid of it. I hope it's gone for good anyway.
Windows will not let you delete shootpresidentBUSH.exe. Find all the above files and then hit control+alt+delete and highlight "choke" click "End Task" and then start deleting all the above files. Know that there might be several listings for "choke" in the Close Programs window, end task all of them.
That's how I got rid of it, I'm using Windows 98SE, if you have Windows 95 or ME I think it will be the same way. If anyone's seen anything about this and you have a link please post it.
