There are over 100 forums for Level 4 members.

Join in some of the after hours forum too.

Just curious, but why are known as "Technical Support" and not your name? Do more than one person use that ID?

And a little tech tip to you. Change this:

<center>http://www.ipiu.org/images/sigs/pif50.JPG
Technical Support - London, England

To this:

<img src="http://www.ipiu.org/images/sigs/pif50.JPG">
Technical Support - London, England
</center>

This is done in your profile by adding this <font color=blue>&ltimg src="</font>your picture link here<font color=blue>"&gt</font>

Hi Jason,

Yes, Tech and Admin are used by more than one person on their teams.

All others use their real name. :)

As for the other comments:

1) HTML is only temporarily turned ON. It may be turned OFF at any time as our VBulletin Forum Software is upgraded.

2) HTML codes are not always stable for out forum software. VBulletin Forum software is used at over a million websites worldwide, and 95% of those websites have DISABLED all HTML.

3) The VB code, where we use the brackets [ ] instead of the HTML < > version, is the preferred code for forum forum speed and stability. With newer versions of VB, more and more HTML codes are being converted to VB code brackets.

4) Tech support uses the same image you posted by coding the link in VB rather than HTML.

5) Your particular signature of the rolling smilie is in a grey area of approved policy. Look for the other topic in this forum and the After Hours forum for "New Policy on Signatures". You will see some suggestions, which we primarily written for static images and not interactive. But for now, the rolling face is okay, unless it creates an issue with bandwidth, resources, etc. We certainly want to encourage creativity, and your HTML background is great.

I have not read your Introduction Topic yet, but I would hope it includes some of your HTML experience as many of us look to others for help in that area.

Thank you for your support.
