Thank you for your email inquiry.
To provide members with better service, we will FIRST answer emails within 2-7 days about inquiries that are NOT answered in the Private Investigators Forums.
Most general questions and answers are answered in the Union News Forum, the Trainee Questions & Answers Forum, and the Technical Support Forum.
Time Tables (such as how long it takes for members to receive photo IDs, manuals, badges, etc) are posted in the Trainee Forum, including all steps in processing.
If your email inquiry has an answer on the forums, our answer email will be a web link to the appropriate forum topic. We have volunteer moderators and forum guides who can answer "general" questions (not personal questions) about the processing and time tables.
If your question does NOT have an answer on our web site, we will answer it within 2-7 days, which may require us to pull your hard copy record file.
Our OFFICE BUSINESS hours are:
Monday through Thursday
11:00 AM to 7:00 PM EASTERN Time
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM CENTRAL Time
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM MOUNTAIN Time
8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PACIFIC Time
We are closed on Friday and all Canadian and USA Holidays.
