Everytime I try calling the IPIU telehone number to get a hold of anybody, I always get a busy signal.
How do I go about actually finding out if they got something yet, and when anything may be coming my way?

To be honest with you...it took roughly a full month after sending back the paperwork and criminal warrants check before I received my Photo ID and so on. I had emailed them about a week earlier and they responed to it pretty fast. I find that the quickest way to get a respone rather than calling and getting the busy signal. Believe me, they havn't forgoten you. It's probably on its way to you. Good luck.

Office hours are:
Monday through Thursday:
11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time.
Best time of day to get through:
4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time
Best day of the week to call:
Thursday, anytime .
Best method to check on your file:

To save on members long distance charges, the office number no longer has an after hours voice mail. If you want to leave an after hours voice mail message, call 928-223-2796. If not, call the office directly at 613-962-5358 and you will either get a live representative, or a busy signal, or a no answer after hours. This SAVES you money.
(That's why IPIU's dues remain an average of $5 a month for the last 12 years!)

You should be able to go into any previous reply you wrote by clicking on the button titled "Edit". Then you can use the spell check again or and edit your previous replies. :)

I am sorry that (in the past) people had trouble getting through by phone. I have had no trouble.:) I also use email, Agent Relations has been outstanding. :) :D :cool:
