Hi Shiela,

I'm sorry that your question has gone unanswered.

You registered electronically, so you should be receiving a packet in the mail soon. When it arrives, fill everything out, provide all requested items, and return it according to the directions. If you have any difficulty, there are lots of helpful tips on the forums. After your packet is received and processed, you will be upgraded to Level 2.

I know you're in a hurry to get started. :) We've all been there. Your patience will pay off soon.

Thanks for getting back with me. I have sent in my photos and fingerprints (about a week ago). When I am upgraded to level 2, how will I know? Will I receive an email or should I just wait until I receive my credentials and paperwork with my next packet?

Here's an easy way to tell when you have received an upgrade. When you first come into the forums and click on View Today's Active Threads, you'll notice replies to topics you haven't been able to see before.....Then, your heart will pound with excitement. :D
