Will they upgrade me to level 3 as soon as they get my COE?

I was just wondering if there is a waiting period to be upgraded to the next level, or will they immediately upgrade me to level 3 as soon as my signed code of ethics is received. I sent it about 4 days ago. I may be trying to rush the postman a little but usually mail takes about 3 days. Anyways, thanks for any info on this matter.

If you used the preprinted envelope addressed to the USA Forwarding Center, then wait 8 to 10 calendar days from the day you postmarked it. Then email upgrade@ipiu.org .
