PI LICENSING: So Dakota

I'v tried looking all over on the internet for the requirments of getting a P.I. license in South Dakota.
Unfortunately I can't find anything. Could someone let tell me the requirements or direct me to the proper web site?

No state PI license, but business license through Department of Revenue required.
