You're confusing Access Level Promotion versus a User Title Promotion (http://www.ipiu.org/forums/showthread.php?t=6466).

Access Levels are described above in this topic, and describes IPIU Member access and not just Forum Guest Members (there is a difference).

However, User Title Promotion (http://www.ipiu.org/forums/showthread.php?t=6466), which is available to all guests and IPIU members, changes automatically from the title "New Member" to "Forum Member" to "Private Investigator Member" to "Sr. Private Investigator Member" because they are based on what a forum member's post count is as it increases, which shows they are posting and participating more.

The IPIU seal (http://www.ipiu.org/forums/showthread.php?t=1726) that appears under some forum member's name is given based on a forum member's internal private file and other factors, which may or may not include a certain amount of participation.

If you are not an IPIU member, then you can check out the different membersgip plans in the other forum titled UNION NEWS, under a topic titled Six Membership Plans (http://www.ipiu.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=6542).

The badges are pre-numbered already. Once you order one, it will already have a number. There is only one number of each, no doubles. In case of it getting lost or stolen, they would know that it was your number. Am I making sense this morning, lol:)
