I hope I am on the right page for this question. I am still not able to log in to the Federal Anti Piracy forum. Am I doing something incorrect? I have updated my profile. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

There is an option to request a duplicate password to be emailed to you.

If you have the original copy of the email that the forum sent you, then go to the bottom of the screen on the main forum menu screen where it says LOG IN. Type in your User Name and password exactly as the email copy shows with the correct upper and lower case letters. If the LOG IN accepts it, you should see our name on the forum at the top where it says "Welcome".

If the LOG IN does not accept it, then it's probably because your computer cookies are turned off. You need to have your cookies on in order for the LOG IN to work.

You must always use the same assigned User Name
and password. Do not register again. It will only
delay your access.

If you forget your User Name and password, you can request a copy of your current User Name and password. Go to the top of the screen and click on f.a.q. (frequently asked questions). Choose the option titled "Lost Username and/or password". There is a link there to enter the email address that you used to sign up for the forum. The forum will then email you a
copy of your User Name and password.

But if you are already posting here (such as the above topic), then your user name and password for is already
working, and your computer cookies are already turned
on.

Thanks,

David

The piracy forum is for level 4 members. If you have signed your Code of Ethics and passed the test, you need to send a request for an upgrade to Upgrade@IPIU.org.

Thanks

I thought about it a little after I posted that and have already sent an e-mail about the upgrade. Now I will have to wait and see what they say.

What is the usual time frame between submitting the test and getting the results?

<blockquote>I received an e-mail today that said: [Edited by Moderator - Level 4 Information]

When I visited the page, it said at the bottom that it was a closed forum where the "reply to" button should be. It won't let me add my name as someone who wants the assignment.</blockquote>

Ken,

I had to edit out the level 4 information from your post. :(
If you access the mentioned forum again, you will see a new topic. This should answer your questions.

Please read my post here: http://www.ipiu.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&postid=135560#post135560

Thank you for your patience.

Thank you for your patience. <blockquote>Kanda,<P>Sorry- I need to make sure I look at the level access of the thread before I post a level 4 message. I didn't realize that I had left level 4.</blockquote>
