I have an Agency in MO and I want to know how do I make a signature to go on my out going messages????

Frank -

Your signature can be created and modified using the http://www.ipiu.org/forums/images/top_profile.gif button at the top of the screen. Then click on the Edit Profile option, and you can created/edit your signature there.

Make sure you contact IPIU before adding your agency to your signature, if you have not already done so. I do know that there are parameters that need to be followed, although I am not certain what they all are. You can either call them, or e-mail Agent Relations at usa@ipiu.org to address those parameters (again, if you haven't already done that).

If you have a business license as an agency, email the following:

a) Name of company
b) Complete address as the business license shows
c) Business license number
d) Name and phone and address of the licensing department that issued the license.
e) Date of license and expiration date.
f) Company phone number as listed on the license.

Email the information to licensed@ipiu.org and ask for an upgrade and permission to advertise in your signature.
