This is the led story in Douglas County, Georgia.

I pray the Lord bless the Family of Officer Blake Gammill and the entire Douglas County Police Force. Father keep and bless them and comfort them in their time of grief. Hold Officer Gammill and his family in your bossom so they may be comforted. Amen

Douglas County, GA) -- The Douglas County Sheriff's Department and hundreds of law enforcement officers laid to rest a deputy killed in the line of duty. Blake Gammill was laid to rest after being shot to death by the stepfather of former sheriff's deputy Jimmy Bilbo. Gammill and other officers were serving a warrant on Bilbo charging the former deputy with a second case of child molestation. The suspects stepfather, Gerald Greene, reportedly had poor vision and bad hearing, opened fire when the deputy approached the house. Other officers fired back, killing Greene. Bilbo did not resist arrest and was taken into custody. Gammill is survived by an ex-wife and two daughters.

Thanks Jerome, I no many of these guys from classes I have had at the Public Safety Training Center. Whenever any state loses an Officer I effects everyone. I have made a lot of friends in uniform over the years and it hurts everytime we lose one. I pray for them all.

Again thank you for your kind words and for remembering them all,

Doug
