WHy can't I leave a private message??

Technical Support,
For some reason whenever I want to send someone a private message it tells me that I do not have the authority to do so. Shouldn't I be able to write a private message to someone no matter what my authorization level is??

Hi Jessica! Although the private messaging feature is built into the forum software used here, IPIU has chosen not to activate it. It is not available at any level. :)

Jessica, I forgot to mention that if you need to contact someone, just leave a message for them in their introduction topic. You can find their intro by doing an advanced search on their name by author. :)
