Info requested on license for Maryland, Delaware, and D.C

I would like to find out what licensing requirements are necessary for Maryland, Delaware, and the D.C. area. I live in Maryland, however, I am within 45 minutes driving time to the areas I mentioned. If anyone has any info, it will be greatly appreciated.
