How do I become a Bounty Hunter in VA

My name is Dennis Morris. I am a former Marine looking to embark on a career as a Bounty Hunter/ Bonds Enforcment Agent in VA and WV I'm not sure how to get started. I would greatly appreciate any information anyone has to offer.
